As kind as they were, I will not be coming again. Jenny was kind but in a rush. I got ombre acrylics done. Although the ombre is nice (some inconsistencies that really bother me but I’ll deal) and the nail itself is nice and thin, she didn’t trim my regular nails prior to applying the acrylics so every single one is crooked. I tried explaining and showing to her that the nail is not straight or is higher on one side as she haphazardly just cut them and didn’t bother to even them out. She did file them but she would file altogether, so she wasn’t fixing the problems, just making them shorter. Eventually, I just stopped trying and made a mental note to file them myself, which is a shame because I am paying for the service.

We recently came to Kalispell for an overnight girls trip from Canada. Our teen daughters wanted their nails done, and they were accommodating in getting them in for an appt. Both girls had acrylic sets done. This took less than 30 minutes, and the man was on his phone the entire time. The price advertised was $40 for the set, plus $5 for coffin shaping. I was charged $60USD to my visa which also asked for a tip. Overpriced, overcharged and rushed job.

I scheduled a pedicure for my daughter, mother and myself. They were the worst pedicures we’ve ever received! They did not exfoliate our feet, trim our cuticles well, the nail polish was sloppy, they don’t have a dryer so we had to sit there for an hour for the nail polish to dry. My elderly mother also didn’t receive clear nail polish like she had asked. They seemed in a rush and then went off to play on their phones instead of doing a thorough job. I pay $15 less a pedicure in Denver and these $40 pedicures are not worth their cost. I would never return.

My daughter and I got a gel manicure from Jenny here. It seemed like she hated her job and would literally throw our hands away to put under the light. The massage was sub par. I hate to leave a bad review but my daughter and I had very stumpy looking nails which started cracking the next day. We felt like she rushed us through and took no pride in her work. Worst manicure we have ever gotten. The guy that appears to own the place did a much better job on my other daughter. Good luck!

Went to this nail salon with my mom and aunt for my 6 year olds cousins birthday they did nothing but tell us no we couldn’t have the color we wanted and didn’t specify how much it would cost so at the end we spent $240 on 4 people to get nails done and we tried asking for a refund for some of our money and the guy didn’t even pay attention that we were even there he sat there and played with Pokemon cards I will not be coming back and if anyone asks if they should go there imma tell them no and why they shouldn’t so have fun trying to get customers
