Took my mom for her 1st ever mani/pedi. I got French, she got acrylic. They cracked the nail on her thumb and did not take it off to fix it, simply caked over it with gel polish..thinly. her poor fingers look like square jelly beans on her finger tips. And the thumb, you can clearly see the crack. Hers are THICK and horribly uneven. My french was ok 4 tips are crooked I tried to tell him and he filed them to make them less noticeable (went too far one one side of the pinky to its jacked up) but a French tip that’s crooked always shows. Sigh. And after a week they look orangeish and coating was peeling . Except the ring finger that was double coated with a design on it. That stayed white. Lol awkward. Nope nope nope. The pedicure was amazing though. Hence 1 star.

I had mani pedi there. While i was almost done 2 ladies came in with clipboards. They walked around THEN i overheard that the place was suppose to close promptly……owner did not have a license ! I was heading to have mani and chattering was going on but i did’nt exactly know what was being said. However i was able to figure out they were closed. I was able to get rest of my mani Anyone who came in with an appointment were turned away! Simply told “ we are closed”

I will never go to Foxy Nails again. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. The gentleman that was assigned to me simply used a metal cuticle clipper to painfully rip off my nails. I also had to pay for this terrible and painful service.
