A lady(obviously a friend) showed up that had a appointment and was 45 minutes late came in the lady who was taking care of me started rushing to take care of me. Stopped to go help her came back and again rushed another part of my session I felt like she was going to burn my fingers. Has someone else paint my nails that is very nice but you can tell by looking at my nails not very good. I could have done this at home. A lady(obviously a friend) showed up that had a appointment and was 45 minutes late came in the lady who was taking care of me started rushing to take care of me. Do not go here! The polish job is horrible on my cuticle and not even close to my cuticle on other nails. My almond shapes are uneven and jagged. Very disappointed!!

I had been going to this place for years, and had been told if I was in a hurry to make an appointment…which is normal. My last visit I had things going on in the cities that evening and was on a time crunch so I made an appointment. I walked in one minute late and he was right in the middle of another lady’s nails. I asked if it was going to be awhile or if he’d be able to start soon otherwise I’d reschedule, he said you take my polish off. I asked again if he’d be able to start soon (before removing my polish) and he said yes take polish off. I sat there for 15 minutes before he started my nails!! So nicely but irritated i said we’d have to hurry because i wouldn’t have waited if i knew it was going to be that long, that i would’ve rescheduled for tomorrow. He got pissed that i was a little upset and acted like he wasn’t going to do my nails, mind you i had already then my polish off, then told me not to come back again after this time!! So because i made an appointment like he said to do if i was in a “hurry” and he was running 15 minutes late even after telling me he’d still be able to start soon when i asked when i walked in the door he got pissed that i was irritated and told me not to come back!! That’s really crappy, had he been honest and told me it’d be 15 minutes i would have just rescheduled for the following day!! I always suggested them to other people…not anymore!! Now if asked about this place i will tell my final visit story…
