Critical: Punctuality, QualityI asked for a simple balance and color. Never have I left a shop and all of my nails were a different shape. I asked the lady t fix it multiple times and she acted as if she didn’t see the problem. I’m so unhappy with my services and will never go back. Will never go back to this shop EVER AGAIN!! Kelly did my nails and charged my card $96 instead of $32. She then lied and said she did a credit and the charge would only appear on my card as a pending charge. Wrong!! I have been trying for a week now to get my money back in my account. Liars and scammers!!! Do not go here, unless you want to be robbed!!!

Lulu fixed a couple repairs for me over a week ago done from another place and did such a great job that I wanted to come back for my balance. Got my balance, pedicure and eyebrows done today and I think I found my new spot after going elsewhere with horrible wait times for last 10 years!! Lulu fixed a couple repairs for me over a week ago done from another place and did such a great job that I wanted to come back for my balance. The WORST nail experience for a first time visit. Came to get acrylic off my nails and gel off my feet and a pedicure 3 hours later she decided to only polish my nails and I didn’t even feel like letting the polish on my toes dry. Many people left and they were regulars. She didn’t even buff my nails good

I have been using this place off & on since I was 6 months pregnant with my my 25 year old son!! They have never let me down yet!! They always succeed in everything!! They always go beyond my expectations!! I seen & went to this place when it first started!! I was one of their first customers!! This place is the bomb!!
