Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to have my gel set removed and have my nails painted. Left literally in tears, because my nails and the overall experience was so bad! The man literal made me remove my own nails.. The nail polish is bubbled up and chip looks awful. I literally LITERALLY got them done today around 3.

I loved them the first time I went. This last time I went for a pedicure. They left me sitting in the water an hour and ten minutes. My feet hurt so bad when they were doing them I kept telling the lady and she just ignored me. Paid $55 for a french manicure and the white part was half way down my big toe. They look like a child did it. Never again.

The lady that did my pedicure was rude, laughed at me flinching at the pain of her cutting my skin around my toe nails. I have really bad ingrown toenails and she would “clean” them out and put it on my foot like she was shaming me for my feet. They charged me $15 more dollars than I was told it would be. The timing was great. Really the only good thing I have to say about them. The lady that did my pedicure was rude, laughed at me flinching at the pain of her cutting my skin around my toe nails.
