I use to use them all the time but after the treatment I got today I will never go back. We had a Wedding and prom party booked with them for next month and we nicely cancelled and booked it with Nail Dynasty where they know how to treat their customers.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: QualityThey were so rough on my nails. THEY LOOK HORRIBLE TOO. My fingers hurt. Like they are sore from how rough they are. They took way too long on my nails and didn’t even care to ask for what shape I wanted. Do not go here. I always have a great experience with Dynasty Nails and Ck Nails.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWorst customer service EVER!! I called myself making an appointment, so that I could manage my day but boy was I in for a rude awakening! I get to the salon around 11:53 and as I enter the door I notice they are pretty busy but as I turn around to look over my shoulder I notice my nail tech Tony (who I have the noon appt with)coming in so I’m like perfect timing. I ask him if he’s ready for me and he says give me a sec…ok cool. He then motions for me to come and Penny (the owner) chimes in and says no get them sitting over there! Shocked, I say but I have an appointment!? Penny, it’s not 12:00 yet and they have been here since 10:00!, you wait! In disbelief, I turn and leave! I waited all day for that appointment, so now my whole day has been ruined by her poor customer service and management!! Worst customer service EVER!! I called myself making an appointment, so that I could manage my day but boy was I in for a rude awakening! Critical: Quality, ValueExtremely disappointed! I came for a wedding and I am from out of town. I had a mani/ pedi with gel on Friday and it’s Tuesday and the gel is already pealing off! Gel usually lasts for 3+ weeks! My pinky toe doesn’t even have polish on it! I wish I would have used my credit card so I could have gotten my money back, especially my tip! I feel like it was a sloppy job and now that I am home I cannot go back for a touch up or redo! Dissatisfied 100% $75.00 down the drain! What a waste!Extremely disappointed! Extremely disappointed! I came for a wedding and I am from out of town. I had a mani/ pedi with gel on Friday and it’s Tuesday and the gel is already pealing off! Gel usually lasts for 3+ weeks!
