Positive: QualityLinh gave me a manicure. She was very attentive. The color I chose did not match the bottle once it was applied to my nails. Linh didn’t wait for me to say anything, she took it upon herself to realize it was wrong and she fixed it. She was the perfect balance of small talk, but also being quiet so I could relax. This manicure lasted a month and I work with my hands all day so the polish and coatings they use are great. Picture is manicure at 3 weeks. While waiting for my turn I watched Linh interact with a young girl getting a pedicure. She definitely made it a fun experience for the little girl. I would recommend requesting her if you want to give your daughter a great spa day. I was a walk-in on the weekend. Linh gave me a manicure. She was very attentive. The color I chose did not match the bottle once it was applied to my nails. Linh didn’t wait for me to say anything, she took it upon herself to realize it was wrong and she fixed it. She was the perfect balance of small talk, but also being quiet so I could relax. Critical: Quality, ValueLynn is awesome! The last 2 times I’ve been in, she was busy so a guy there did my nails instead. My nail beds burnt as if they were on fire! He claimed it was because I hadn’t had my nails done in awhile. I have been getting my nails done for years & they’ve never done that. Lynn is awesome! The last 2 times I’ve been in, she was busy so a guy there did my nails instead. My nail beds burnt as if they were on fire! He claimed it was because I hadn’t had my nails done in awhile. I have been getting my nails done for years & they’ve never done that. My nails have been breaking off left & right as if they were press on. They were way too thin. -Autumn

There were many spots not covered and before I could say anything, the technician was offering to do a different color. It was obvious that he knew they didn’t look great. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but I felt pressured to stay and have them redone. I asked for shellac the 2nd time. The results still weren’t great.. the process was painful. Although I don’t understand the employees language, it is easy to understand when people are talking about you. I felt embarrassed for having them redone and it was an uncomfortable environment. I don’t care too much about my nails bc they can always be redone.. I’m more upset about the customer service and atmosphere.
