It was my first time visiting this salon and it was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. I went in to see Allison for a haircut and framing highlights. I left her with the creativity to guide me in the right direction. I showed her a couple of photos and she was so knowledgeable. She picked the right blend for my natural hair color and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. She was the sweetest and even stayed a little longer to make sure I could get it all done. Thanks so much Allison!

Allison has been cutting my hair for almost 13 years. I absolutely love the quality of my cuts and the company during it. Having curly hair can make it difficult to find a great hair dresser but Allison is knowledgeable about best products and recommendations for my hair type. Last year we even decided to try a Brazilian blowout and it was such a fun decision which resulted in tons of compliments. I’ve been going to Allison for all my hair needs for over a decade now. At the risk of sounding like an admiring stalker, I’ve followed her to three different salons at this point. Aside from being an awesome person, Allison is also the best, most knowledgeable, and highly skilled hair stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. I’ve never received anything but a fantastic haircut from Allison, and I’ve had many styles over the years: long with layers, bleached and colored, various lengths of bobs, the side shaved trend I tried out, the short technical pixie as I was growing out said side shave, etc. And Allison has handled every wild request with ease, always surpassing my expectations. So far I’ve convinced my mother, brother, and grandmother to go to Allison as well, and I can confidently recommend her for all your hair care and styling needs too.

This place is really cute. Lots of nice clothes and cute accessories. Allison is a great stylist. She really listens to what you want, and helps you decide on style based on what you say but also your hair and it’s unique characteristics. And then she expertly cuts and styles your hair, making it look better than you thought it could. She also explains styling techniques and hair care tips. Lastly, my kids have gone to her for a while and she is also great with kids. Overall I would say I’m very pleased with Allison at Foxtail!

Love love love this salon and boutique! Every one is so kind! I have been getting my hair done here since December, and everytime I leave I feel absolutely gorgeous!
