Amazing salon! I had babylights + foilayage/ balayage and haircut with Jennessa and her assistant. I had an initial 30 minute consultation collaborating with her and her team on was I looking for, and then booked in. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly my hair is absolutely amazing – exactly what I wanted but better. Highly recommended! So glad I found this place!

Janessa is a Godsend. She’s been A-MAZ-ING as helping me keep my naturally red hair red as I get older! She’s beyond patient and beyond knowledgeable! I just moved to the area and was really picky about the salon I chose to get my haircut at and I’m so glad I was because Fox & Rose was a great choice. My stylist was Bri and she colored and cut my hair, which I’m in love with! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and shared a lot of useful tips. Would highly recommend her and this salon!

Unhappy with the treatment and service at this place. Brenda was the stylist. This place is all about money: they charge you for cancellation, but they double book clients without letting customers know. They use cheap shampoo and conditioners but charge at a premium rate for haircut. The hair cut is 1.5 hours but most of the time, you are not having the stylist drying your hair, you have an inexperienced person styling your hair, who acted like it was their first day on the job. You spent about 15 minutes with the stylist. They charge close to $200 per hair cut.

Brenda double books her clients. If you are 15 minutes late when it is rainy, or whatever life throws at you, she will not fulfill her 1.5 hour appointment for a simple hair cut, because she double books. I even offered to have her just cut my hair and I will blow dry it at home to save time. She refused saying that she is double booked and is with another client.

Not happy with this place. Around $200 for a haircut with cheap shampoo and conditioner unless you pay extra for the nice one on top. The place only cares about money. Always try to double book clients without letting clients know. They aggressively asked to schedule the next appointment in 4 weeks for women haircut when it is not necessary. They also charge cancellation fees on the clients and try to pressure clients into buying their products every time. This place does not care about clients and only care about money. If you want to be subject to high pressure salesmanship like a timeshare place, then come here. Also after spending a lot of money, you don’t get the common courtesy in return. They don’t take care of their clients.
