Had the pleasure of treating ourselves to our very first professional massages here this past weekend for our anniversary trip. We really appreciated the time taken to understand our massage needs/goals and the education done by our massage therapists about what to expect, post-massage care, etc. My husband and I feel nourished and encouraged from our experience here at Fox Place! Spent a week in Gatlinburg walking and hiking. Ending the trip with a couples massage by Zak and Beverly was the best thing we did!!! Walked out feeling like whole new people!!! It’s a must do!!! Me and my husband had such a wonderful experience here at Fox Place. We are on our honeymoon and my husband has never had any kind of spa treatment or massage so it was on our to do list! I looked around for a reasonably priced spa and I saw how many positive reviews this place had, specifically for a couples massage and I decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed! I want to mention that the staff was super accommodating. Long story short, we were staying in Bryson City, NC and due to recent weather and construction, we could not make it to our appointment. I was super stressed and worried that would happen because of their cancellation policy. Many spas or salons have similar policies where they will charge you for the missed service so i knew it was possible we would be charged the cancellation fee. I was super worried. We called ahead to let them know what was happening and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Luckily they had an opening the next day and 2 lovely therapists that were willing to do it the next day. They were super communicative and super firendly. The spa looks like it may be a hole in the wall but don’t be alarmed! The building has a rich history but it’s been nicely renovated and is super clean. We had such a relaxing experience and were so relieved we made it out there. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!!

We needed a bit of relaxation while in Gatlinburg, and decided to go to Fox Place Spa. I could not be more pleased with this decision, because it was a fabulous time! The spa itself is clean, zen and had a very soothing scent. The package we chose for a couple was incredibly affordable, and the experience was blissful. Our massage therapists were very attentive and accommodating to our specific pressures and tension areas during the massage. The facials left us both glowing. The overall experience was outstanding and left us refreshed! I highly recommend this spa and I will be returning myself.
