I DO NOT RECOMMEND I went in for extensions, Colin was nice fit me in, found color that matched, etc. well my extensions were falling out, texture after 1st wash was terrible. I was able to go back in he replaced one that came out checked them, then deep condition. They were good for a day. I utilized product he gave me and results were lacking. I still had straw on my head. It was mentioned that if it didn’t help I would get a refund. well I have contacted and contacted stopped in was told refund would come and never came. he stopped answering or return calls and messages and no refund still. I returned the extensions and product to him in timely manner and then was left in the dark on where my refund was. a response or honesty would have went a lot further then leaving one on read or lied to.

AMAZING staff, I was recently in the Studio during an incident with a JC Penny stylist. The Pennys stylist came in harrassing and terrorizing the owner of Fox. It felt like a corporate attack to me. THe owner of Fox handled the situation with poise. Pennys must be intimidated by the rising success and skill at Fox. Fox Hair Studio now has my business for LIFE!
