Fox and Company has always done a great job as I have been a loyal client for 10+ years! But you know that saying at work… “Never think that you’re too good of an employee to be replaced”? Yeah well, the problem is that they’re getting a little arrogant for my liking. They will be replaced. And I sure hope they enjoyed that $100.00 they charged me because that’s the last $100.00 they will ever get from me!

Love the staff! I always get very attentive service here. The staff always does what they can to accommodate appointments to work with my schedule. I always get my brows and hair done by Tammy. She is wonderful. All of the other stylist that I have seen also do a great job they’re almost like a family to me. The massages are great by all therapist. I always buy last minute gifts and things from Fox. They are the go to place for me in Columbia TN.

Went here for the first time, asked to keep as much length as possible but cut off my dead ends, add longer layers, and some framing pieces around the front. The stylist said ok, then showed me how much needed to be cut off, it was around 2-3″. First snip happened and I knew she cut it way too short. She immediately said “that was a lot of hair” as if she was surprised… I kid you not- 6″ was cut off my hair and there was nothing I could do about it but let her finish. I let her do her thing, and got out of there asap. Once I got home I noticed it wasn’t straight, there were many pieces left longer than the rest and it was hacked to pieces.

I recently moved here, and chose this salon due to their Aveda affiliation. I have gone in a few times now, and have always received top-notch service. The ladies are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel certain if I were ever unhappy with my results, they would do everything within their power to make it right. Furthermore, I found their prices to be very reasonable–I will definitely continue to be a client!

I was called by the staff and the owner saying I had a $100 gift certificate to use so I made an appointment for a massage. I chose the Stress Relief Massage for $115 and tipped $20. My total paid should have been $35 total. They charged me the whole $135. When I called to get my $100 back, they said I had used my certificate back in 2016. They have not returned my money or my phone calls to the owner. I would have never gotten the massage had they not told me I had a gift certificate to use. They called me for an appointment, I did not call them. I still have the voicemail that was sent to me. I discourage anyone from going to this establishment due to my personal experience. I was basically ripped off by them. Update…owner finally returned my call and still wouldn’t return money. Worst experience by far.

Loved this place! I, and the person I was with, got amazing hair cuts. The ladies were very very nice and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back and also recommending this place to my friends and family.
