I went in for the first time to do my hair for my birthday I called the day before to make an appointment and told them I just wanted a wash and blowout, the man asked if I could come shampood already which was weird because I never have been asked that from a hair salon but I said yes I could. I walked in the day after with my damp already shampood hair and they sat me down and did no washing no conditioning no trimming at all, when I asked if they would trim they said oh it’s too late now, we can trim your bangs for $15. Trim my bangs for $15?! Anyways they just dried my hair with a blow dryer and styled it which was very poorly at that because the curls dropped as soon as I reached home which is a 15 minute drive, regardless I paid 50 dollars to just have someone poorly style my hair for my birthday! Do not come here! (Edit : now they’re excuse is I never came here! Lol! I came in April people! Own up to your poor services! Also your staff made up a price then because why would she say $15 and now you’re saying that’s not what you charge! Maybe put up a price list for your customers so they don’t get ripped off!

I have been coming to Fox & Co. Salon Spa for haircuts with Harold for over twenty years. Unfortunately, I came in for “partial highlights’ and had my entire head of auburn hair BLEACHED to yellow. I will never forget when Harold took the towel off my head and said there was nothing he could do to fix it! Michael Fox, the owner, attempted to restore my original auburn hair, but after two trials, never got it right.

Great color and cut! Melissa Hall is Amazing ! Yesterday, I had a Brazilian blowout and style. Balayage with highlights and haircut both done by Melissa. I can honestly say Melissa did a fantastic job. I loved the end result, my hair feels so healthy, is way less tangly and looks much neater and more stylish. It looks so natural and she gave great advice on toners, treatments and haircut options. Really lovely people in the hair salon. The young lady that washed my hair, took her time to massage my scalp gently. I Would highly recommend this hair salon and will definitely go back from now on. Thanks again Melissa Hall!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Foxes for the past 7 years. Michael is the best. I always get a great cut and my color always looks natural. The staff is very professional and courteous. I used to take the train into Manhattan to get similar service at more than double the cost.
