My brother recommended taking my nephew here for a cut, so I called to get an estimate on the wait times. Whoever answered the phone was so rude in our 20 second call that I didn’t end up going and refused to spend my money there. We ended up making the trip over to Young Bloods off of Ames from Papillion and got amazing customer service and my nephew got a great cut.

This place is absolutely trash. Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Dude tried to tell me he has been cutting hair for 20 years. Purposely put a notch in my hair and still proceeded to charge me. Been going to Four Star for almost 20yrs (since they were over off 25th St next to Little Cesar’s) and I can’t remember ever walking out of the shop less than thrilled about my cut. Great service and good conversation can always be expected at Four Star.

Young black Man in the back !!! You need to be a little bit more patient with your clients, Quality always over quantity.. Miss communication with client.. Can always end up with a bad experience cut like myself… I actually asked for a tempered taper on the sides in the back…I had to stop the ✂️…. Excellent customer service and and great haircut. I came in last week near closing time, I was greeted immediately with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately is was too busy so I returned today. Again I was treated with respect and great customer service. The haircut itself was high quality, best I’ve gotten in Omaha. I will definitely be returning.
