Sue was absolutely amazing! Although this was my first time coming in, she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I was getting a facial after a long time and she patiently assessed my skin and determined what I needed. The facial was amazing and it made my skin clean and I could see the glow right away. She is truly caring and she sent me follow-up texts with details of the home routine as well. I have already booked appointments for the coming few months and I plan to continue seeing her 🙂

I have been to several places for Facial but Sue was so far the best ever person, who has explained me each and every step of what they are doing, and why each process helps. Sue is a great dermatologist. I would say my acne is pretty controlled, except around monthly cycles, I break out in the cheek and chin area. I have always had scars/little bumps on my chin from puberty and teenage acne. I struggle with my chin area a lot. I went to sue and she gave me 2hours facial! With other procedures and it was only suppose to be 1. Right after the procedure my face felt so refreshed, very very soft and smooth. I noticed that some of the acne I had on my face going in was already gone or disappearing. My chin looked better and felt smooth as well. It’s been about a week and a half now and since I’ve left so far I have not had a pimple show up on my face(: I am very happy and will be back. Also the products are great. Try the cleanser, mask and spray.

I’ve been elsewhere before but I considere my first facial with Sue as my first legitimate facial. The space is clean and inviting and I felt comfortable. She’s patient and answers questions. My face felt rejuvenated and looked fresh after receiving treatment.

I love Su! She has been taking care of my skin since 2019. I recently restarted treatment, and my skin is never the same after visiting her. Sadly my hormones continue to hurt my skin, so Su taught me how to take care of my skin. Adding skin care products to Su’s treatments really takes my skin to the next level. My milia has also improved tremendously! My goal is to not use makeup and just be naturally pretty; I’m gradually getting there thanks to Su!
