I wanted to give a shout out to Akram! He did a fantastic job with my hair! We had two sessions and each time he listened to me very patiently and paid attention to my needs. He was very calm and walked me through the whole process. He also shared his personal number and checked up on how I liked my hair the next day. He is an amazing artist and I absolutely love my hair! I would highly recommend him!

If you can only give minus stars… horrible experience for me and my daughter. I don’t know where to start bcs i have never felt that low in my life. I was super offended by person doing my daughter hair and she was with her eyes full of tears the whole time. This was her first hair cut and now she does not have a good memory AT ALL bcs of that person. It is not about hair cut – which is awful by the way, it is about him rolling eyes, yelling at my daughter, making me look like idiot for pointing that her hair is not even… Horrible person who does not know how to work with people and need to find another job. Please don’t go to this salon.

I’m really conflicted now about 4 seasons. In August, I went to Sharif and he gave me the best haircut I’ve had, plain and simple. Took his time, talked me through it, and time flew. However, today I had one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. Rosey sat me down in the chair 25 minutes later than my cut was supposed to happen(was 5 minutes early to my appointment). After this, she proceeded to not listen to any of the reference photos or advice I gave her. The final product was a cut far too short with not nearly enough texture. I was too scared to let her do anything else to my hair so I rushed out as soon as possible. If you’re new to salons, don’t go to Rosey. The whole time I felt like I was being judged for being in the salon, and she certainly can’t listen to her customers.

Been seeing Channel for 15 years including other shops. Nobody better. Never a bad cut. Unfortunately she is retiring and pursuing the next phase of life. Expensive for a men’s cut, took off a star for that, but otherwise 5 star shop with other good stylists so I’ll continue to go for now. Full service salon. Nice little touches…drinks, great hair wash, comfortable, if those are your things.
