Booked an appointment through ClassPass and came in on the Friday before Memorial Day, so they were super busy. The gel manicure took about 1 hour 5 minutes because my nail tech had to get up a few times to tend to other clients. She was very nice and friendly. I thought she did a good job but didn’t look hard enough before I left. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter so I had to dash out. Never had a few a gel mani look bubbly like this, maybe a regular mani. Probably won’t come back, even to get it removed. Street parking isn’t so bad but try not to go when El Camino is so busy.

Booked mani and pedi for my daughter and I on her BD; they did perfect job! Time flew by very quickly with smiles and jokes, girls helped selecting colors. The place is clean. I would definitely come back!

First time here because I live in the neighborhood. The ladies did such a fabulous job and they were very patient. I had acrylic nails and it took almost a hour to take them off… After I had a gel manicure and my gel nail polish was perfect! I got so many compliments. I will definitely return 🙂

I’ve been going here over 4 years now and I absolutely love them. They are always accommodating and there have been times I’ve waited longer than I wanted but they are apologetic and make sure everything is great before you leave. I never make appointments ahead of time, I usually call in and ask if anything is available. And they always are able to take me. Highly recommend this place.

I called in advance to see if they had time for just a gel color change because I was going to be in the area. They said they had time, but the person who did my nails was in a rush and she did a horrible job. She was rough on my hands even scratched my skin while using the nail file to remove the gel on my left thumb. She painted my cuticles and blamed me for not getting a manicure for cleaner application. I had a manicure 2 wks prior and my cuticles were in good shape. After she was done she used the nail file again and over filed the sides. I will never waste my time here in the future. Maybe be cheap but poor quality.

Even though they do a decent job and it’s reasonable etc.. on multiple occasions, I’ve come in with an appointment, ( like at this very minute I’m sitting at their location) to find myself waiting for over half hour cause don’t really hold appointments. They should really make it a walk-in only. Atleast then there is no expectation of waiting. It’s unfortunate..
