Normally I don’t like to give bad reviews, but this time before I left this place I told them that I was not satisfied with the service and they did not give me any kind of solution. The lady cut me and she wasn’t very gentle, still the person didn’t care what length I wanted my nails and just rushed through it so there was no relaxation.

I love this place, they always do above and beyond of what i ask. I recently went in with the intention of getting an ombre look for my nails and the manicurist recommended a dip powder and wow was it mind blowing, it’s not something I could do at home, it requires skill to get that effect. He added some rhinestone and was very quick too! It’s been 2 weeks and a half and none of them have chipped… The rhinestones, ALL OF THEM STILL INTACT. I highly recommend. I will put a before and after.

This place is mediocre at best. The color selection for regular nail polish is really low and mostly all the colors are old. If you get regular color instead of Shellac they treat you completely different. Even though I called prior & was quoted $30 but left with no clear coat, no cuticle oil, not even a simple conversation from the man who did my set & then on top of that I left paying $60… completely different to what you were quoted. I would spend the extra couple of $$ and go somewhere where they actually know a thing about customer service..

The technicians in general are good and some are better than the others like most places. They have a huge selection of colors for dip powder and gel; unfortunately their regular nail polishs are old and don’t dry well at all. They claimed that the regular polish may take 24 hours to dry properly. Before dip powder and gel the regular polishs was all we had and no one had to wait 24 hours for it to dry. My experience with regular polish that won’t dry was usually old products. This is the only beef I have with this outfit when I heard them explain to a customer why her toes are all mucked up. She was surprised to hear about the drying time; frankly so was I.

The two men that did my mani pedi got me in and out in an hour and did a beautiful job. The hot stones and scrubs were amazing! So relaxing! And the men were very considerate of temperature and my comfort. I also appreciated how he briefly explained the charges so I wasn’t left wondering if I was charged correctly. I walked in just after 6:30pm and they gladly welcomed me in. The two men that did my mani pedi got me in and out in an hour and did a beautiful job. The hot stones and scrubs were amazing! So relaxing! And the men were very considerate of temperature and my comfort. I also appreciated how he briefly explained the charges so I wasn’t left wondering if I was charged correctly.
