My best guy and I were happy with their services today. He loved the pedicure and foot/leg massage and I am always happy with my manicure and pedicure. The gals are always happy and respectful to us older customers. I love that they get the job done quickly because I personally hate spending a lot of time sitting. Not the fanciest place but I don’t go for the atmosphere I go for a service and how I am treated while I’m there and never been dissatisfied. Thank you 4 Seasons for taking care of our grooming needs!

This was a horrible horrible experience. Not only did we wait 1 hour and 45 min past the appointment time( we called ahead they said they could take us then) but I’m top of that they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The cheapness is shown, the nails were uneven and somewhat messy. The lady helping was extremely rude, short responses, horrible customer service, always seemed annoyed. Would not recommend going back here, I certainly won’t go back. Ever. In the photo u can see how uneven they made her nails, not by her finger size but with the acrylic unevenly spread.

To begin with I never do reviews but this place definitely needs to work on many things. First, there was an older lady that can barely walk probably in her 90s who was switched to another seat aggressively and with no care. Secondly, when they did my nails she seemed to be in a rush and was quickly running through each nail. Afterwards, my mom went for her manicure and my mom received the same poor and unprofessional care with the same lady. My mom was cut with no apology, and both of are nail sets were transparent and sloppy. When we got the end hand massage she did it overally aggressive. I wish I got her name but she is in the front first chair right next to the nail counter. Only came here because the House of Nails down the street was closed.

Confirmed the person who was to provide the service and prepaid for the service by buying a gift certificate. My husband went in for the service. They completely took advantage of him. First, they gave him another nail tech to provide the services (she didn’t a poor job). Then she tried to charge him. Once I found what was happening, I called there. The lady who answered tried to laugh the mistake off. I’m like no that’s not acceptable. After the call, the tech then became rude and never finished my husband’s services properly. His hands and feet are just rough as they were when he came in. After this, they most definitely lost a longtime customer. The only way I would return is for a refund. They do a less than average job and the colors they have are OUTDATED! Customer service isn’t the best either. They always expect a tip and even when you do they want more and more and will get mad and talk about you in Chinese if you don’t. First of all, the nail service isn’t that good to be so pushy over tips and y’all need better/new colors. I only come here once in a blue moon for a toenail polish change because this place is local and my regular nail techs are closer towards the city but this will be my last. I wouldn’t dare ever get a full set manicure/pedicure from here even though it’s cheap. Just a toenail polish change and they can barely do that right. It looks like a 6 year old did my toenails. THEY ALSO REUSE TOOLS THAT SHOULD BE THROWN OUT AFTER EVERY USE LIKE TOENAIL FILES. All they want is your money.

I went with my mom and we asked for two pedicures and two no-chip manis. I can’t put into words how rude the people were and how bad the experience was for me and my poor mom. My lady didn’t do a massage for either my pedicure or manicure. She rushed through the pedicure without taking the dead skin off. I had to ask her to hit areas that she didn’t touch. Then, she shaped the nail into a square like i requested but they didn’t smooth out the edges. I asked her 5 times to smooth it out and she claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I could literally break skin with how sharp it was. Same thing happened to my mom for her pedicure. For her first no-chip manicure, the lady made her bleed. I asked what happened and she said “i cut her” like it was no big deal. I’m never coming back and i highly suggest that you don’t either. I’d rather pay more than be physically harmed by something that your pampering yourself with.

Pedicure is $15, I mean you CANNOT beat that! I feel like they even have extra care and attention to getting my feet extra smooth, which for such a cheap price I wasn’t expecting. It’s definitely dated inside, but staff was friendly and my nails looked great

Me and my friend decided to get our nails done. When we got their, there was a long wait. My wait was about an hour and a half. The wait was long but worth it. The nails turned out great. The lady I got was a little impatient but they still look good. My friend got a worker that was very kind and very patient. We both got full sets of acrylics. They were really cheap. Most of the other places I’ve been were a lot more expensive. I would recommend.

I have been going to this place for the last 7 or so years and regret it more every time. They absolutely put no effort into the service. I’ve lately tried 5 different nail techs and all of them were equally just bad. I recently went for a pedicure and have never been so disappointed. I understand it’s only 15 bucks but that doesn’t give someone the excuse to not do their job. My toenails were crooked and she removed no calluses which is the reason I went in the first place. I take care of my nails so it was an easy job to do but she still managed to mess it up. Also never have I ever been to a place at any price where they don’t give you at least some sort of massage with the service. The facility is always extremely dirty as well and I have seen nail techs use the same utensils on a few clients in a row. I think this was my last attemp in receiving any sort of decent service from this place.
