Critical: Quality, ValueThis place is horrible! If you do not want to waste your money do not go here. I got the dip powder and every single nail chipped after just one day! Dip should last for over 2 weeks, not one or two days. For $45 you expect to get atleast a week. When going back the lady did not care one bit that my nails all broke. She asked to re do it and charge me another $45!!! What? She charged me $10 to take off which I also definitely shouldn’t of paid. The nails also looked horrible. I feel like I could of had my 4 year old do my nails and they would of looked better. The stuff they use is cheap and you can tell they have no idea what they are doing. The technician actually listened to what I wanted, didn’t argue, and was quite but pleasant. She wasn’t chatty, just got to work on my nails. I’m not complaining about that at all. The rest of the staff were not very personable. I had to wait for about 15 minutes (but I randomly walked in to try it out), but my nails looked great. By the other reviews I’m guessing I lucked out. Leelee was awesome. *(Photos posted are 1 week after service. Still looks great!)

I normally take my daughter or go with a friend. Always had nice work done. I don’t know If they were in a rush but unacceptable. Went in for a fill and she hacked away the old acrylic and filled. Looking at the finished product you can see on every single nail where she hacked away the old under my new acrylic. I said I don’t like this. She said she did her best and that was it. Made me uncomfortable. We are done here.

I’ve tried many different nail salons in the area and I was probably least satisfied with this. I gave them a 2 just for the fact that they were all very kind but the work was sloppy and felt rushed. I’m not a nail expert but the polish was applied sloppy and there was really no time spent making sure everything was done right or looked good. They seem to be more concerned with getting through their list. I know they are in the mall and walk-in’s are a big part of their business but they need to be more realistic with the time they spend doing your nails.

I was skipped and did not get serviced in the order that I arrived and I’m not sure if it was race related but I feel personally offended and do not recommend this business, as they were rude about the issue and did not do anything to correct the matter. NANCY is the best !! I went for my first time like 1 month ago because they are open late which is very convenient ! I loved my nails had to go back and get my fill with her. So happy I found my new nail place !! I will recommend Nancy to everyone she is great at shaping nails, and my no chip lasts a long time. I waited 3 weeks for my fill and the color still looked good. BEST PRICES IN TOWN TOO !!!

HORRIBLE!! Do not waste your time & money . The staff is rude & their work is sloppy . I went in to remove my acrylics and get a new set . They had me waiting for about 30 minutes when they finally passed me to the chair to start they had me waiting 20 minutes soaking my nails . When they were finally ready to start the guy who was removing my nails was so rude & kept hurting me . He didn’t say sorry nothing just kept going! I then asked him why my nails looked so thin when he was shaping them because I had asked for coffin shape . He literally yelled at me and told me that “he wasn’t done yet” rude rude rude . He then applied the nail color so messy all over my cuticles. Never going back here !!!
