There’s something wrong with businesses like this who start really late even if you arrive early, make you pay upfront (red flag), and deliver really horrible service. They don’t massage. They just put oil on your back. And they don’t commiserate. They’re angry. Very defensive! Ready to pick a fight while you’re just trying to explain that you’re not satisfied. I don’t understand how they get away with it.
