Sometimes I get the classic fill and sometimes I go for extra fluffy…depending on my mood. Went in for a Lash Lift. Came out with over processed lashes that curled backwards to my eye lid. I was told to use coconut oil to try to relax them at home… 2 weeks after the initial appointment they tried to “fix” them but came out wiry, straighter than my original lashes and some in odd directions. I asked for a refund so I could have someone else fix my lashes and was denied. I was told they could have charged me for the correction but didn’t. So I paid for a service plus a tip to ruin my lashes. I will never go here again!

I made an appointment for a lash lift after reading reviews and looking at her work on Instagram. The day before my appointment, my 7 month old daughter started running a 102+ fever so I took her into the ER. We found out she had the flu. I texted her about an hour after I got home telling her I would need to reschedule for the following week. She canceled my appointment and charged me $37.50. Given the circumstances, this seemed extremely insensitive. I understand a cancelation policy for no shows and repeat cancelations (neither applicable). However, life is unpredictable and certain situations deserve exceptions. At least, this is what a business with decent customer service would provide. She offered to give me a 15% discount instead, saving me $11.25, but that only discouraged me more. Be sure to read the cancelation policy thoroughly because she won’t deviate from it.
