This is the best Salon ever, Kathy the owner has been doing my hair for the past four years of me living here and all I can say is that she listens she’s patient she tells you when you ask her if this color or hairstyle would look great on you she tells you the truth. She listens to what you want done instead of taking her knowledge and just doing what she would like to do which I have had done in the past at other salons.

I recently revisited Four Elements for a 90 min massage with Shannon. This was not my first massage with Shannon but it had been almost a year since my last visit. I was blown away with how professional and friendly the ENTIRE staff was from the minute I walked in. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I was completely relaxed before the massage. Four Elements Spa atmosphere is so relaxing with the smells of fresh oils be dispensed in the air and the abundance of Himalayan sea salt is such an inviting and relaxing feeling as well.

Today was my first massage at Four Elements. Helda asked my focus areas and intuitively surprised and delighted me from there with heated salt bundles to loosen tightness, lavender essential oil and an amazing scalp massage. Even the sound of the CD restarting made my heart smile with nostalgia. Four Elements does massages just right.

This is an absolutely wonderful spa. What a perfect experience my wife and I had this morning for our massages. I’d highly recommend my therapist, Helda. She’s one of the best I’ve ever had work on me. The spa is very client-centric and everyone is committed to delivering a 5 star experience. I have been dying to experience the Salt Cave ever since I heard about it. We finally took a trip to Massachusetts and got the chance! It was absolutely incredible! Even the floor is covered in Himalayan Salt crystals. The salt fireplace is mesmerizing! Such a relaxing experience! Breathing the salty air helped clear my sinuses. A great help detoxing your body from stress & toxins! I LOVED IT. Can’t wait to visit again.
