Loved it here and plan on returning!!! I had a prenatal massage yesterday and I was tread with respect and compassion. Roxanne was down to earth and you could see she had a general interest in my well-being. The atmosphere was great! Smelled wonderful, clean, relaxing music. My favorite part of the massage room was that the table was heated! I can’t wait to go back!

I would recommend this place to anyone serious about relaxation and bodywork because these amazing women are serious about helping you! I have had the pleasure of being serviced directly by Stephanie and Roxanne. Both of their touches were uniquely different, but both were more than efficient! I especially appreciate the availability in the evening due to my work schedule and how the therapists customize your massage. To minimize distractions and traffic, they have a fool-proof scheduling and alert protocol, allowing you to check-in via text message from your car. Then, and additional text is sent to let you know your therapist is ready for you to come in. This speaks volumes as to how the therapists truly care about each client’s experience. I’m now a regular!

I can’t stop singing praises about Fountain Springs. They are super friendly, accommodating and top notch at their professions. Roxanne provides the best, most relaxing massage that is out of this world and Deb will get to the root of any issue during her facials (she has been working with my teenage son). Although quite small but quaint, you feel relaxed the minute you walk into the spa. I also loved that I was able to book online and they took me back promptly. But the best part is feeling comfortable with all who work there – they are like friends that you have known forever, even if you have just met them. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I received a gift certificate from my boyfriend for a full body massage and a facial…Donna did my massage and meggan did my facial. They both took their time and really did the job well. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The rooms were very warm and cozy and a very clean environment, the products smelt amazing but not strong at all, more of a natural smell. Overall I am very pleased with my service today! I will be back! Thank you ladies for a great start to my day 🙂

RELAXATION from the minute my treatment(s) started all the way through the last moment. Purchased a spa package which included a deep tissue massage, facial, reflexology and life force healing. All three ladies were fantastic; I immediately felt connected with their personalities, felt welcomed and pampered. I left absolutely BLISSED OUT and recommend trying all that they offer…. including the aroma therapy, salt scrub and paraffin wax… I will happily refer my friends and family 🙂

I had the custom facial done. First, the prices are great. I look at other spas around Chester county area and they’re priced at $100+ which is ridiculous. Second, Debbie is so nice!! The custom facial is def the way to go cause they tailor it to your face plus you get your arms, legs, scalp and face massaged too! It was so relaxing!

I have yet to actually receive a service at this spa, but have been getting products from them for several months because they sell a skin care like I use and love. Their customer service is above and beyond. I always appreciate how helpful and nice they are over the phone. If this is my impression just from over the phone I can imagine their services are just as impressive!
