I live in Daphne and go to Fountain of Youth in Spanish Fort at least once a week for Fitness classes, Yoga, Zumba and laser hair removal. I love their fitness classes and Misty is amazing. The spa atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and the fitness instructors make you feel comfortable yet challenged. There is no other place like it on the Eastern Shore.
