I NEVER write reviews but I’m honestly so disappointed over this. I got my nails done with my mom 3 days ago, and ever since then the gel polish on my acrylic nails has been oozing and getting everywhere. It’s like only the top layer of gel polish was cured. $110 for Halloween nails that are just completely falling apart.

I’m a very patient person almost nothing makes me mad and I have never had a bad nail experience this bad and unprofessional. came in for a fill and to fix one real nail that was cracked half way up lady was very rough and I have a high pain tolerance but not when she gets ignorant on purpose also started making fun of me and talking bad about me and my husband because we are from ohio let’s make one thing clear they did not realize I am fluent in there language and I am appalled at all 3 workers that were involved in the conversation also I know you also way over charged me and thought it was funny when I didn’t wanna give her a big tip ..I never tip less then 20 until today. Please dont waste your time or money with this place it’s not worth meeting those shameful people.. my nails have never looked this bad I have to stop at another place to get them repainted I got French tip and she left the white wavey and uneven the clear is cloudy and scuffed. I received a rushed pedicure lasting only 25 min. My toe nails were all uneven and rough, not even shaped. There was maybe 10 seconds for the scrub and about the same for the “not hot” stone massage. The soaking took the most time. It’s a beautiful salon in a great location. The salon is very clean I wish I could say I was a happy customer. I will definitely not waste $50 there again. I really don’t understand how they stay in business doing that poor quality of work. I guess the pretty location and clean salon are all some people care about.

Anna is sweet and she always gives great customer service. I’ve been a regular customer for several years. However, Lee treats me terribly. I know there is a language barrier sometimes but more than a few times she’s pushed off my appointments and treated me like I’m an annoyance. I no longer make appointments on days I have to work for this reason. I’m not sure why Lee treats me this way. I tip really good at least ten to $15 for a $45-50 nail service. Today I brought some out of town family members. I had an appointment for 3 pedis and one SnS nails. We were 15 minutes early My mom and sister got pedicures and I was ignored. When I asked to get my nails done (we were in no hurry) lee yelled at me that I needed to come back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t because I have to work and then Helen chimed in that they had other appointments. It was an ugly scene and it ruined my girls day with my family.

They made my appointment and my daughters for 11:30. They didn’t get us in tell 12 (not a big deal that we had to wait) but then after they finished my daughters nails told me I had to sit and wait for the next available nail tech. I ended up walking out with no services because who knows how much longer it would take. They weren’t friendly and my daughters nails were done rushed and sloppy. I would avoid.
