My husband & I made an appointment at another establishment. They called morning of & had to cancel….I called so many different places to see if they could get us in for a couples massage. Fossil Creek had availability! The associate was very nice on the phone & upon arrival. I liked the paperwork was only one page & not 5+ like most other massage places. Both of us really enjoyed the 90 minute stone massage! The 2 therapists did an amazing job! We cannot wait to go back.

Me and my wife went here and really got the massage services that we needed. This was maybe our third professional massage. Once before at another place I had a good therapist but my wife was saying how she didn’t feel like the therapist really cared. Reason being the lady seemed to not be applying enough pressure. It was as if she was just rubbing her body. We went here and that was the first time we both got a true deep tissue massage. Thank you again.

Me and my girlfriend went here. The massage was ok, a little too personal. The issue was when we went to to pay we tipped 10 dollars (10%) because it was more than what we thought. The lady at the counter looked disgusted and said “only 10? Give us 20”. They hassled us for the leftover cash we had so we tipped 16 bucks which wasn’t enough for them. We left afterwards and they didn’t say goodbye or anything just looked at us through the window all mad.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I literally just left here from getting a couple massage. The lady I had was amazing but the lady my partner had was also the receptionist, she had no experience what so ever and she would not stop talking to my partner which was v not very relaxing… when I told the receptionist/ masseuse that my partner was unsatisfied she told me there was nothing she could do and that we did not need to start any problems and just pay…. She then proceeded to tell us her husband was black which I found extremely weird and unnecessary. My partner left crying so happy Valentine’s Day to us …. 0/5 stars from us. I will NOT BE RETURNING.

We did a couples massage a while back and it was so wonderful I decided to go myself for another massage. I specifically requested the same therapist that I had before. Upon check in, I was told that she double booked. I waited for an hour and was then seen to the back where I was given a different person than the one I requested. I decided to give it a shot. While decent, wasn’t as good as the person I wanted. Upon checkout, I was told that I didn’t request anyone specifically and that it was my fault even though I had confirmation emails stating whom my therapist would be and still paid full price even though I was inconvenienced..future trips here are debatable because the second experience left as bad a taste in my mouth as the first trip left a wonderful impression..
