I go there specifically because Dorthy Miller who used to own Illusions Salon in Cicero N.Y. has a chair there. She is one of the best stylist in the Central N.Y. area. If you’re smart you’ll go to the salon and ask for Dorthy and book HER personally. You won’t be sorry. If you want a cut and color on an international level, book Dorthy only. She is pro, and my 5 stars are for her only.

Best salon I’ve been to in awhile! Made an appointment at 1 and sure enough I didn’t have to wait. The employee’s were very nice and they did an amazing job on my hair! I will definitely be back for a mani pedi and massage!

I went to the salon and I told her about a specific picture and she said my hair was too dark and she said to put bleach so it can be easier to show the color I wanted then she washed my hair and when I look in the mirror I freak out. For the bleach she put fat high light l that were yellow that I didn’t want I asked her for the color brown like a bright brown she made it all brown and not the way I wanted! I told her come on when are you gonna but my the color she said no no that’s the color.She said no no no no need to anymore it looks so pretty prettier than pretty!!!! I gave her $200 and she did what ever she wanted with my hair the color looks DISGUSTING!!!!!! The next day I go to her salon and told her she damaged my hair it was all dry and all the damaged stuff and there were spots of color under my hair. She said no you can’t fix it unless you give me $40! I was like what?You were the one who messed up my hair and now you make me give you $40!!!!!!!My hair was ligit burnt!!!She was like OMG your hair is soooo thick this bowl with hair paint can fit for 4 lady’s!!!!!! When I tell her to choose this color she be like no no it will make you hair turn orange when she said in the beginning that when she puts on this bleach I can do what ever hair color I want LIER!!!!!!!My hair was sooo long now it’s almost to my shoulders because I had to cut it because of the damage!!!!Also when I asked her to blow dry my hair she was like no no no it’s not healthy when I see everyone else getting there hair blow dryed!!!OMG!!!She made me soo sad no when ever I look at my old photos whith my pretty hair I fell soooooooo bad and if I could do 0 stars I would!!!I spent $240 altogether and she never said sorry and I don’t know if she only did this to me or every on but I’m warning you her hair salon is horrible (in my opinion)and it was a wast of money and my time!!!!
