Robin is so friendly, kind and professional. I started seeing her in 2019 before the pandemic hit and hadn’t seen her again until just this month. She is was so understanding and picked right back up where we left off with absolutely no judgment. She is so good at what she does and sets very real expectations right at the door. She of course can’t tell you how long it will take before you are 100% hairless but as long as you make your appointments and follow her recommendations you will quickly start seeing results, I know I have! I’ve been going to Robin since April and I’m so surprised at how quickly I’ve seen results!! If you remain consistent in your appointments, you too can have the results I’m seeing. Robin did a good job of educating me on the process during my initial consultation and even allowed me to do a free trial session. Electrolysis isn’t painless, but it’s not unbearable and if you follow Robin’s recommendations for before and aftercare it will help with the healing process.

Robyn is great! She is really knowledgeable in what she does and did a great job explaining the process and hair growth cycles to me before I got started. Although there’s a possibly my hair could always grow back due to pcos, I have loved the results from my sessions started only about two months ago. I have not needed to do any sort of hair removal on my face for weeks when I used to have to everyday! Thank god we have to wear a face mask everywhere which is allowing me to grow out my hair and not disrupt the process. Robyn does a great job and has a clean and sanitary room and equipment.
