I’ve been here once and needed another appt, but I told the scheduler I wanted another Doctor, I didn’t care for the one I had last time. She told me, we don’t do that you are not allowed to switch doctors, she said she can make me another appointment with the same doctor and I can hash it out with her if I didn’t care for her. At first I thought she was just joking, then when I realized she was serious, and also rude, I hung up on her. Do not go to this place, my husband went here once as well and wasn’t pleased. The only reason I wanted to go back was because it’s so close to home and near all my other doctors. Horrible, Horrible experience!
