My daughter and I booked appointments through the phone for our girls day and we got booked with Cynthia. We did washes, trims with layers and matching hair styles. Cynthia did a great job with both of our hairs, we have curly/wavy hair and I was really worried to get a cut since we just moved here and our usual hair stylist is located in another state. My daughter walked out feeling confident and beautiful talking about how much she loved her hair. We loved our experience and will be coming back for any future hair needs. Thank you Cynthia for doing an amazing job with us!

Cynthia was great to work with, i got my hair cut and dyed this Saturday. I had very complicated hair and it was incredibly difficult to work with considering my long and damaging hair history. Cynthia did what she could to get me closer to the ideal hair color and did so with minimal damage. I’m actually very very happy with how my hair turned out, she exceeded my expectations. Additionally, everyone here was super friendly, especially Cynthia who I enjoyed talking to as she worked on my hair. I was sitting in the chair for over 4 hours and for a lot of it without a phone and I honestly didn’t mind it! It was like talking to a friend :-). I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering coming to this salon. And I’ll def come back <3

I used to go this salon when Wendy was here and I loved it. Unfortunately she left and I heard great things about Dawn, so I decided to make an appointment. My appointment was at 2:30PM and she was still working on her previous client, which I understand sitting there for 10-15 minutes, but she didn’t even have the respect/common decency to come and tell me it would be longer. After sitting there for 30 minutes without her even coming to talk to me, I just decided to get up and walk out. She didn’t call me until 3:12PM and left me a voicemail “call me back and let me know if you are coming back or whatever”. I don’t recommend this salon nor going to Dawn. This salon has definitely lost my business for good.

I am super picky about who touches my hair. We’ve moved around quite a bit and I’ve had so many bad experiences with my haircuts and color. I’m so glad that a friend of mine reccomended Dawn. I asked for layers and a V cut, it turned out amazing. She also cut my daughters hair and it turned out beautifully. She goes above and beyond. She’s super attentive, sweet, and super easy to talk to. She takes her time with you and does not rush. I honestly could not reccomend her more. You will not regret it.
