If all you want is painted nails you will be fine, but if you are looking for the pedicure experience then don’t bother. No scrubbing, no real massage, still have callouses in places. Completely underwhelmed by this place in almost every way. I will give them the fact that they had the best massage chairs out of most of the nail salons in town that I have been to though.

Critical: Quality, ValueI hate doing this but I’m very disappointed. I asked for a faded pink and white and have a picture as reference. I was not given a faxed look it was hard lines all around. None of them are even similar in size, they’re lumpy and bubbly, none of the shapes match. It’s hard to tell in the picture but they also look globbed on. My sisters are the black tip and she also did not get what she asked for. You can see the different layering of the black. The lines are no where near straight and there’s little black dots, also bubbly. We are two very unhappy customers and both feel like we wasted our money. I hate doing this but I’m very disappointed. I asked for a faded pink and white and have a picture as reference. I was not given a faxed look it was hard lines all around. The lady that assisted me was very kind, but she ripped half my toe nail off. She told me it would grow back in a month and proceeded to cover the small wound with nail polish. I removed it to prevent infection. She also still charged me full price after the incident. To be fair, I didn’t say anything as I felt guilty taking away money from her due to her kindness. My suggestion: she will do an amazing job painting your nails, but if you have gel polish from a previous visit please DO NOT allow her or anyone to rip it off with cuticle cutters. It’s damaging to the nail and can have some painful consequences.

I set up an appointment for all my sisters and me to get our nails done. When we showed up there were only two employees for the four of us. They did a rushed job and it showed. My gel nail polish was stuck to my skin on almost every single one and they blamed my short nails, which has never been a problem any where else I’ve gone. My sisters all had poor jobs done to their nails as well. I would not recommend. It does not appear that they take their time or take pride in doing a good job.

My toes came out great but my nails came out completely chunky, thick and sloppy! The pic with one hand is my nails which were supposed to look like the picture with both hands☹️. The lady who did them was really nice and I was totally optimistic but she just flew through it and they came out terrible! I way overpaid for embarrassing nails. Even my pedicure was rushed through but my toenails came out cute that’s the only reason I gave it two stars.

Going to formal nails was educational. I had never heard of bacteria and mold on your nails until recently. While I love the designs and beauty of the nails. I came to find out going on for a fill that I had developed mold underneath the acrylic. My nails now have to heal and are dyed from the mold that he underneath before I can begin to color or get acrylics dinner again.
