Ok but the girl Ashley is a complete rip off. I asked specific questions and was not told the correct answer. Then I was booking and I clearly bought 8 of a specific service and pointed out that I was due one more service. After speaking with her over 30 minutes I just left and called back the next day to speak with the Hispanic lady at the front desk and she noticed exactly what I was saying in 2-3 minutes. Now with the lie I was already told by Ashley I’m left thinking was she purposely trying to rip me off or can she just not count which both do not sit well with me because I spent a lot of money there and don’t want to have to worry about if I am being ripped off.

My second experience here was terrible. I’ve never had a wax experience like this before, I would’ve thought the girl who did my wax knew me and secretly hated me. She was extremely rough, didn’t take her time and made the service extremely painful. I’ve had brazilian waxes before but this was by far the worst. Ladies, if you want to book a brazilian for a walk in, DO NOT BOOK WITH CHYNA!! The only nice thing I took from this were the nice ladies at the front desk. That’s all.
