Forma is such a cute, welcoming, cozy, place for medical aesthetics! All staff are very kind and welcoming, but Heather is the MVP! She is absolutely amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and always so personable. She takes her time to really understand your wants, needs, and goals. She also explains the science or the why behind the process and procedures. Heather is always traveling to seminars and continuing education courses to stay up date on the latest and greatest products and techniques. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my medical aesthetics.

Nina came to our practice to do a training for one of our newer injectors, and I had the good fortune of being able to sneak in and get some time to observe—she is just FABULOUS! I love the way she talks to patients, to trainees, and the way she gently and artistically evaluates and plans for the injections of the patient. Heather is amazing! I have known her for years and no matter what, she listens and also is sure to make the best with a plan for my skin care needs.
