Went in yesterday and had my temperature taken right away. Everyone is wearing masks and they keep the place very clean and sanitized. Got their gel mani and spa pedi. It was my first time being their and I will definitely be going again. My nails came out great and the lady who did my nails made sure they were perfect.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, Any service is a joke if you are a 1st-time non-Spanish speaker client. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress I had there. Worst service I’ve ever had – please it’s an insult to charge what they did for the service I received. The staff is unfriendly including the manager and has an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me free service. Except for the owner, no one is interested to take care of their business at this location.

Finally, someone recommended Forever Young and I went and had a gel mani and regular pedí. I cannot say enough about this place! All the girls are so pleasant and professional and everyone goes out of their way to accommodate you. The shop is impeccably clean and Carmen does an absolutely amazing job on my nails. Got my sister a Groupon for this location for Christmas. She called made the appointment ( let them know she had a Groupon). Went in did her nails – presented the Groupon – to be told they do not take the Voucher – they needed the app. That is not how Groupon works ! When you gift someone the voucher / barcode is all that is needed. If you are going to use Groupon for your business ensure you understand how to use it. Was really hopeful to find a new spot we loved but this whole experience was really disappointing . Rated 2 start just because of the bad guest service.
