Today I took my 82 year old mother to Forever Young and oh let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was for her. First of all the staff is helpful and thoughtful. They literally did everything to get my mom comfortable in the shampoo chair. She is short so they had to work to get her seated far enough back in the chair. They were very patient and kind with her.
