I love this nail salon. The nail techs are kind! But this was my first time requesting dip powder and all I can say is DON’T GO HERE FOR IT. From the moment they were removing my old dip powder, I knew I messed up for requesting dip powder here. I don’t think they have experience with natural long nails and with using dip powder. They left some of my old dip powder color (sea foam green) on my nails so I can see them under the new dip powder (white) and when I look behind my nails. I’ve had to be VERY vocal throughout the entire nail appointment because the shape of my nails were so bulky and square even though I requested COFFIN shape. At the end of my appointment, my nails were still bulky and missing color on its sides!! (even though I came into their salon with beautiful thin, graceful dip powdered nails that had just grown out!!!) and my cuticles and my fingers next to my nail bed felt and still feel so burned and tore up. I highly recommend only coming here for gel or regular polish and to be extremely vocal about what you want.
