Had a service there and was not pleased. The hours are crazy. It’s not open when it says it is. I went to get Boston and after waiting 45 min. They were out of Botox. They could have told me when I made the appointment or when I got there. Very disappointed in them. I have had facials and others things done there and loved it. The office is so beautiful and everyone makes you feel at home. I am on my 2nd month of the diet plan. The first month I have lost 18 pounds and 4inches. I scheduled an appointment with these people at noon. When I waste my gas to get there NO ONE IS THERE!! The door was locked and the hours stated that they wouldn’t be open until 1. Why have me schedule at 12 if your not open? I have yet to receive a phone call or email to clear things up. I have left multiple messages that have been completely ignored. Also, I’m the website you can’t trust the ratings because they hide and delete the bad ones so that the public doesn’t see them.
