I have been going to Forever Young for over 10 years. I have seen a handful of injectors over the years and Kari’s skill set and eye are amazing! She is excellent at her job! I have always been beyond happy with my results! If you have not been here, you need to try Kari, even if it your first time with Botox and filler, you will LOVE her!! I have recommended Forever Young to many friends and they have ALL been extremely happy. Kari will never let you go too far and pulls the reins back when thinking you should. Worst experience ever with Forever Young Laser & Skincare clinic in Onalaska. Showed up at 10:30 this morning for an appointment, when I got there the receptionist said I wasn’t on the books. Okay?? The receptionist looked and had said I had cancelled the appointment a week ago online. I assured her that I had not and that I had canceled the few facials I had scheduled out because the facials that I received were bogus, that I had zero results with 2 different types and paid high $$$ for them. Whatever, she said I canceled. Okay… honest mistake, but I got 0 confirmation or notification that I had canceled the appointment. And I can assure you if I had accidentally canceled and saw that I did, I would have corrected the issue immediately. We go on and she took my name and number and said that she would let the provider know what had happened and could see if there was another day and time she could squeeze me in. I’m already annoyed at this point because the receptionist was rude and basically implied it was a personal problem and didn’t seem to care. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I waited over 3 weeks for this appointment and I was super excited about it, all I wanted to do was cry, but I was so mad and irritated that I couldn’t. The receptionist just called me to tell me that they weren’t willing to work with me and all they could do was book me out and put me on a cancellation list. Beyond frustrated!!! This is not how I do business with people, especially when you’re spending large dollar amounts! I will not be bringing my business back there.
