I had an appointment with 10 people for a bridal party and they handled it so well. I knew it was a lot which would cause a backup for those with walk-ins but they were able to accommodate everyone. Everyone was so polite and just seemed to want to do a good job. Patience and kindness go a long way and it didn’t go unnoticed by me. They were fantastic. I got a dip powder with french tips as well as a classic pedicure. I highly recommend for anyone in the Norfolk area.

VILLAIN OF VIRGINIA
I’ve been giving these folks a chance for 10 years thru business name change and the people who work there. Today was the last straw. Out of being desperate, I wanted a new set, the lady was rough and for the price I paid I feel like she added acrylic to the tips to make them longer than what I asked for. It was too thick, had bubbles and I kept having to tell the nail tech more than once that I didn’t want pink acrylic or her suggested nail choice. I also didn’t care for how rough she handled taking the old set off. I felt like she hated me or something. Either way, go if you want a hit or miss service. You’ve been warned.

Update: I was contacted by Michele who offered to fix my nails., which I very much appreciated. Im pretty sure the tech that did these no longer works there, Michele did a great job my nails looked clean and new. I would recommend if anyone goes here to use Michele, or ask for friends for other tech recommendatios.

I always have an amazing experience at this salon but the last time i went I felt rushed and felt as if my nails weren’t done to their potential. One hand is shorter than the other. When I feel as if my nails aren’t done right I want to speak up but I felt as if my nail technician was rushing. Also i got all solid nails with one small heart on it and it was 80 dollars. Absurd.

I’ve given this place a try a few times when in a bind because my regular place was booked and after my experience yesterday, I never will again no matter what! The guy that was doing my pedicure was lazy and moving way too fast and did a horrible and dishonest job! He was applying top coat while my polish was still wet, faking like he was plucking my cuticles as if i wasn’t watching him. Then when I complained about my polished being smugged as he asked me to walk over to the manicure table he tries to blame me for it! When I ask him to correct it he applies even more polish and just clumps it on top. I immediately asked him to just stop and asked for someone else to help me. There was no way I was going to allow him to do my manicure! All the other ladies in the shop know he’s a problem but for some reason he’s still allowed to work there. No one there does really good work anyway. I’ve seen students do better work. They all do rush jobs just for the money and over charge for mediocre work. I’d rather have mangled and busted nails before returning here and wasting my money ever again.

I requested a service that I did not receive, lotion wasn’t used, barely a massage included in the pedicure. The technician was yelling and rude and assumed I wanted a service I did not ask for vice what I requested in my appointment. I frequented this location years ago when I lived in the area, this was highly disappointing and not relaxing. The technician asked me what color I wanted for my feet and then picked up whatever version of red she wanted. While the color turned out fine – this was not a great experience whatsoever. I will not be returning. Also, I was greeted with “sign in on the pad”, not escorted or spoken to nicely. All in all, this was not worth any of the money spent. I would give it 0 stars if I could
