While I did enjoy being in the environment, I am not pleased with how I was allowed to leave with nails that they thought was polished well… What do you think? I could have done a better job myself. The service was good, yet the craftsmanship and skill was lacking. I’d have done better to have just gotten clear polish on my nails. And when I stated that I was not happy with the polish job I was told that it was because of the polish and that’s as good as can get because of the color I wanted…?#$? I THOUGHT I WAS IN A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECHNICIANS! ISN’T POLISHING NAILS THE BASE SKILL SET THAT ONE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN THE NAIL INDUSTRY? Never again! Never again! Pedicure was good, yet the lack of a good polish job on finger nails has turned me off completely.

I have been coming here for the last year and have always gotten reliable and quality service! All the artists are skilled and pay great attention to detail, they always are open to recreating nail inspo pictures and very friendly. The cherry on top is the great plaza location and the clean and aesthetic environment. I definitely feel pampered and relaxed each time! I especially love Lily and Jenny, they do great work!

2 weeks prior I had gotten dip nails here. Lady did great. Then I came back to get them removed…when I say this was the most painful experience of my life I can’t even explain. Dip nails you generally file and then soak and it’s should come off. First step, she started drilling my nails to the point it was getting so hot I kept pulling my hand away and I was saying ouch. She did not learn to stop and just kept going so fast and making it so painful. After that, I soak for 20 min and she starts to drill again and it’s painful again. Over and over I tell her this hurts and my nails are becoming paper thin… she does nothing to help or to fix. She gives me a manicure after and we had to trim my nails low bc they were paper thin at this point and couldn’t stay long. She painted my nails this bad teal blue color that wasn’t even the one I asked for. I was so over it by then I didn’t have the mindset to even get it changed. Left with nails that were so thin I just new if I did anything they will break. Since I have left my nails are so brittle and chipping and breaking to the point my nail are so sensitive and that typing and texting makes me feel every sensation. I will not be coming back here. Learn to listen to your customer when they are in pain.

I have been going here for about 8 months. I get dip. Dip usually last a long time. The last few times my nails were done poorly by the man. He does whatever he feels. I explained that I didn’t like them and was told it would look better tomorrow. They looked terrible. Their attitudes are horrible. You can literally see thru my nails and the dip is lifting because the tech didn’t dip them correctly. They talk about the customers in a different language. However, my phone is always on Google translate and I respond to their comments. Never Ever Again. It’s not worth the disrespect and the poor quality of service.

Nail Salons are not created equal! You walk in the door and are evaluating the cleanliness but I am always concerned regarding sterilization of their instruments. They open their instruments from sterilized bags. Thank you.
