I have been a regular customer for several years. The appointments are very unorganized, often I’m waiting for over a half an hour or more, or more even though I’ve made an appointment, and it is rarely busy. But my main complaint is that and the principal nail tech Vi is not very good with customers and makes critical personal comments while you are sitting in her chair. I really wanted to support and like this place because they are close by and it’s a small business. But they don’t seem to grasp how to treat customers appropriately. Sadly I will be going elsewhere after two+ years of listening to rude comments and chronically being kept waiting for my appointment.

I loved this place. I live 5 minutes from it and didn’t even know it existed! But now I’ll go here all the time! I chose a simple regular polish pedicure and they didn’t pester me to upgrade to gel, which is super nice. Most places basically beg you to get gel and if you choose regular, they seem to purposely slack so it doesn’t last long so you choose gel the next time. The pedicure quality was amazing, I got started right away without making an appointment, and the price was perfect for what I chose. It’s also a beautiful space, well decorated and pretty. 🙂

Had the most amazing pedicure and the best foot and leg massage ever! She did a fabulous job and fit me in for some pampering and girl time as I had the afternoon off from driving truck as an over the road truck driver.
