V did my nails. They were super thin and my gel polish chipped within 2days. My pointer nail was so thin it literally just broke across the top of my whole nail into my real nail causing so much pain. I had to cut the nail and glue the broken part. Nope I will not be returning. A new set costed me $48 ($40 for a gel set and $8 design) with two designs on each hand and I gave a $5 tip. So go figure!!!!!

I went to get a full set and a pedicure. I liked the service they were very quick. As I was in the massage chair trying to relax the nail tech was grabbing my arm with no pillow under neath doing my nails. Neither to say it was not relaxing my shoulder started hurting, she filed so hard I told her she say yea yea. As I was paying I put a tip for both on my card,the young lady said do you have cash,I said no. She said Oh,should hve cash. I noticed she was VERY UNGRATEFUL,NEVER SAID THANK YOU THREW MY CARD BACK AS IF I DIDNT GIVE ANYTHING, THE OTHER LADY DIDNT SAY THANKS . THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL because I didn’t. Hve cash for a tip. You ladies need to learn how to treat your customers when they patronize your business with there OWN HARD EARNED MONEY. Do better,learning lesson

I enjoy coming for nails but this Review is specifically for eyelash. The eyelashes come out beautifully but the glue is so strong my eyes burnt the entire time as tears ran down my face. The fan did not help at all. My sister had phlebitis after getting her lashes done. So please change glue.

My daughter and I went into get a pedicure. The guy kept asking me if I wanted a manicure. It was obvious they were busy on a Monday afternoon. Guy who did my daughter pedicure was telling her he doesn’t do pedicure even tho he was giving her a pedi! Very uncomfortable when got in there a older lady was complaining she had been there since 1130am here we came in at 3pm. Kinda scary she left came back and ask for a refund. That was a red flag there. Been there before I will not return my daughter was disappointed in her pedicure and the girl she did mine was ok. The whole time we were the workers were talking in their foreign language about the unhappy customer. Very unprofessional of them to do that. I feel it’s only fair to be honest. 10/29/18

Terrible service me and my sister was treated soooo rudely!!!!! Ive NEVER had this happen to me at a nail shop. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! going to take people’s money but wanna have a attitude. I’ve been getting my nails done since the age 14. That was 14 years ago. So I KNOW when I have a good nail technician and when I don’t. Honestly I only do reviews of places are super super good or crazy bad.. this place, is trash! There’s literally only ONE kind of pedicure you can get. ONE. It consist of water with NO KIND OF BATH SALTS..in a plastic bag inside of the tub..no hot stones, maybe a one minute massage with some regular cheap lotion, they cut toe nails and cuticles but that’s it. Oh and after the cheap lotion they wipe it off with some hot towels.. that’s it. I don’t know if my expectations are too high or what, but I work damn hard and I enjoy a pedi and mani every three weeks or so. I’m new to the Bay Area and I’ve been dying to get in a get a good pedicure. This was a joke..
