I went in with a broken thumb nail and really long need of fill , the gentleman did an excellent job fixing and filling in my acrylic nails, I saw all the bad reviews but have them a chance anyway, so many ladies waking in , they were not rude or anything, my daughter got her Anika done as well we were in and out at the same time both completely happy, definitely gonna be my go to place and price was good too

TERRIBLE! I would give a ZERO Star, but that option is not available to give. I will NEVER go to this nail salon ever again! Firstly, I called about 10:30 a.m. and asked for an appointment for 3:15 p.m. They kept steering me to another time, or asking me if I could go in right away. After trying several times to make a 3:15 p.m. appointment, and getting no where, I finally consented to going to the salon “right away.” When I arrived, I was the only customer. I asked for a French manicure with tips and a pedicure with regular nail polish. They said no problem. They finished the pedicure. As my toenails were drying, I was told they could not do my fingernails because they had an appointment coming in! After sharing my displeasure, they said maybe they could do my fingernails if the appointment person did not arrive. I waited, and waited. No one came to give me an update. After waiting for what I felt was too long of a time, I just paid for the pedicure and left. Please don’t tell me that you can service my needs, and then in the process change your mind!

Recent visit will be my last visit. 30-something year old woman (the owner) seemed rushed and careless when she did my last pedicure (her parents, the older couple, were always stellar, but as luck would have it, we didn’t GET them last time.) Within days of this rushed pedicure, I got a very painful ingrown toenail. This should NEVER happen – that’s WHY I spend the money for pedicures! We won’t be back – which is a shame, ’cause we had been going there since they opened. It only takes ONCE being burned such, to keep me away.

Fast service, and took great care of me. The smell in there can be overwhelmingly strong but I got used to it. Since it’s family owned I recommend making an appointment; only three people were working the entirety I was there.

The staff there are all very nice and professional. They try to please you everytime I go in with a specific design. I’m never disappointed. I would highly recommend this salon.

I was feeling really good about this place but after a week I got a nail infection. I was in pain for a few days, my finger started to get swollen and pus starting coming out. Someone that had been there before told me that she had the same experience and she told me that it was because they’re not gluing the nails right. I’m not sure if that’s the problem or if they’re not cleaning the stuff that they work with properly.
