Forever Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI visited Forever Nails, my first time at this location. The ladies were speaking to each other in Vietnamese and not real welcoming to the customers. When I sat down to get a pedicure the younger woman only clean the chair, not arms, I asked her to please clean the arm on the left. She began argue and “stated I did” very loudly and again speaking to the other co-workers in Vietnamese. Not sure if she understands we are in a pandemic! She walks away and turns on the water, it was VERY hot, to the point steam was coming from the water and almost began to overflow and could have burned my feet! An older woman whom came to my rescue, came over and assisted me and turned water down until it was comfortable to place my feet in the water. The lady was much nicer and more professional than the unprofessional younger woman .I would not return to this location as they are not clean or professional enough, I can do much better! Something is wrong if I have ask you to clean equipment and you become aggressive? If I may add, I went to go under dryer to ensure my nail polish was dry. One of the woman told the other woman remove the toe spacer from my foot, And the lady remove them, I guess to re-use them? Pretty gross. Never had anyone do that before!! I visited Forever Nails, my first time at this location. The ladies were speaking to each other in Vietnamese and not real welcoming to the customers. When I sat down to get a pedicure the younger woman only clean the chair, not arms, I asked her to please clean the arm on the left. Mimi does an awesome job, takes her time and make sure it done perfectly.I have been to other near by salons and they do it in a hurried manner.This place follow safe social distance and has glass division between each chair.
