This was the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever received. I’m not one to write reviews but this was awful. The place is filthy when you walk in for starters. I made an appmt a week in advance for me and my boyfriend to both get pedicures together. This was his first time so I wanted it to be a good experience for him. We got there and we both sat in the chairs and I noticed that there was only one guy that was available even tho I was very clear that I wanted us to be able to get it done at the same time, that’s kinda the point of going together. I asked the lady if we would be able to otherwise we were going to go elsewhere and she said yes no problem. The guy started doing my toes and the other lady was doing another clients manicure. 30 minutes had gone by before she even came over to my boyfriend while I’m getting my toes done this entire time. Then she sat down to start and I’m not even exaggerating, did his entire pedicure in 8 minutes, when mine took almost an hour. And then she proceeded to go back over to the other girl to finish her nails. The guy was apologetic but the lady did not care whatsoever. They charged my boyfriend the full price and we paid and left. Will never be going back. Horrible customer service, especially for his first time getting a pedicure done. Soooo disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. This place was filthy on the inside with trash everywhere and no clean supplies. It smelled like smoke and the tools being used were not sanitized between customers. I felt like I was in a nightmare. I intended to get my dip polish removed and a new color on, but after having my hands soaked in straight acetone for 20+ minutes I decided to just pay for the removal and get out of there. They charged me $20 just to sit there and soak my hands with no other services. Will never ever be back and would advise anyone against going here.

Jennifer is the best. I here for occasion for a time and only will use Jennifer. She has experience and knowledge. She is a one in a million in her profession. I visited with my granddaughter and she worked diligently on both of us simultaneously. I was looking for a new nail and wax professional in St. Louis and my prayers were answered. Good service and conversation. The shop is not near me but I will do the drive for Jennifer to perform her service. I’m going on travel tomorrow and I’m waiting for the shop to open now. Angel

Do not go here. Was bullied into getting dip when I wanted regular polish, not allowed to get a dark color because it isn’t fall yet, told I couldn’t get nails from internet inspiration, and chrome looks tacky so couldn’t get that either. Ended with ugly nails and a terrible experience. Was told I would pay $25 and charged $40

This nail shop is TRASH!!! The nails or horribly done and very generic looking! Not worth the money spent, and most definitely not worth the time this nail shop should be in a nursing home instead of a strip mall…**you have been warned, STAY AWAY!!!! Manicure

Jennifer did a good job. I had a ombre dip done. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t excellent. She did say that if I was unsatisfied come bad and she would fix for free. If I could I think I would. Mostly because I said over and over (because the new owner/manager kept pushing me) that I did not want glow in the dark dip. When I got home and turned off the lights for bed… guess what? Yep glowing fingertips.
