Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you are in need of a quick nail service, avoid this nail salon by all means. As a licensed manicurist and esthetician, this is the most unprofessional nail salon I have every visited. When I walked into the salon, a female worker said “Hi…what service you want?” I stated I wanted a gel manicure or a regular polish manicure. She said something but I didn’t understand her and she said something again and about 3 other customers started laughing. Then, she said: “Pick color and sit in 1st chair.” At this point, I just wanted a quick nail service. So I pick a gel polish color and sit in the 1st chair. For $33, I received: 1. Uneven filed nails 2. 3 layers of gel (color) polish on my left hand and 2 layers of gel (color) polish on my right hand. 3. Cheap cuticle oil with plastic flowers in it (which was just slapped on & not rubbed into the cuticle area. 4.Gel polish on the bottom of my finger, which the manicurist frowned when I showed him and them proceeded to wipe my finger on his hand!!!!Super nasty and unhealthy. When I got ready to pay, I extended my debit card to the manicurist and he said: “No”. He said something in another language to the same female, who very RUDELY stated something about she told me 3 times something about money. And, I told her: What you did was mumble something and 3 of your customers (including yourself) started laughing. Then, She said: “Where you from?” I said Florida. She said “Where”. I said, it’s 1 of the 50 states in the US. So I asked her what was the largest bill she would take and confusingly she finally said $100. I paid the $33 and left immediately. Fair warning: If you want a quality service, pay for it somewhere else. Avoid the ethnical aspect at this salon and do you nails before you leave home! Please note: I am a licensed manicurist and licensed esthetician.
