Critical: Punctuality, QualityI’m very disappointed. My girls and I had an appointment at 1:30. They didn’t start doing our nails until about 2:30. They prioritized everyone else and i ended up not leaving until 5:30. I spent my whole day there (on my birthday) and they didn’t do that well. My friends toe nail was cut so short that it’s been bleeding for the last two days. Another friends finger got filed until it bled and they never cleaned their supplies after my friends started bleeding. and only 1/2 of my pinky toe was painted. They rushed through our appointments and wouldn’t do the designs we wanted, even though other people who were there got those kind of nails too. The length of the manicures were uneven. and they were complaining about the length my friend chose too. Time management was horrible. The only reason we stayed was because i started complaining and they finally started doing my nails. I’m usually not one to complain but this was incredibly unprofessional and expensive.
