I was scared to try lashes again since my previous experience else where was horrible. I kept passing this salon to and from work and gave it a try. OMG I’m in LOVE with my lashes, Yuli did a great job! The place is clean and she was so nice and welcoming. I’m so happy I found my new lash place! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I can’t give a better rating for my experience. Both times were bad results. I hate that because its so convenient to my home. My first time was a walk in and to be honest I wasn’t sure what volume I wanted this time. I’ve worn eyelashes before, both strips and individual. So I’m familiar with the process but just hadn’t worn them since pandemic. I’ve even put false lashes on myself. So, I will take accountability for being unsure what I wanted but I don’t think my lashes should fall out as soon as I walk out your door. The technician, Yuli, was very very nice. So I hate to complain but I paid $165 plus tip for lashes that fell out immediately both times within 3 days. They were everywhere. I was told it’s because I sleep on my side and I have oily skin. I’ve never heard of that EVER!!! But I didn’t argue with the lady. Its not worth it. She says she has 16 years experience and she knows when it’s her fault. SMH!!! She scheduled me for a touch-up again to fix them and wanted to charge me, LOL. I couldn’t believe it. I gave her a tip because money is not the issue but I need quality service that’s at least going to last a couple of weeks not just for that day. I even told her that the lashes were falling out in my sink when I got home before even going to bed. The same thing happened the second time. I have no lashes still. She also told me it’s because I have no lashes, very short and that’s why they fell out. Lol. Isn’t that the reason I’m getting lashes If that was the case why did you do them. Also, I notice my eyes burned and water up a lot. Like, I said, nice lady, nice clean shop and welcoming atmosphere, just the results were very disappointing both times with Yuli. Now, I have to find somewhere to go and get these either filled in or a new set for an upcoming work Christmas party. What a waste!

Came here for the first time during the Astro sale! Made my appointment via phone woman I spoke with confirms price for Mega volume ( $75) with sale $135 regularly. I show up to appointment Yuli ask you ok with wispy? I say yes thats fine ( didn’t change the amount of lashes I was already getting Mega volume. I tell her during the session, I’m new Texas. Well at the end when it was time to pay she then tells me it will be $135! I then say umm yeah no your IG says Mega volume is $75 this week. She then tells me it’s because I said yes to wispy!! Mind you she suggested wispy style, where I come from the only up charge is from classic to mega volume not wispy vs cat eye. So I go on the website and both Wispy and mega volume are the same price $135. This woman really tried to scam me out of her deal they she was running but it simply was not happening! Shady business practices here and my lashes aren’t even mega volume lol

Yuli did an amazing job! I love my lashes. She got them done a lot faster than other lash techs i’ve gone to (but that doesn’t mean they aren’t full or missing any lashes!) & was super thorough when telling me the aftercare. I also brought my 1 year old son with me who started to whine a bit halfway through, she was so sweet with him. Since my eyes were taped shut she paused to give him his bottle & calm him down. Such a great experience!!

Yuli nailed the exact look I was going for! I been going to different eye lash studios all over the area and this one is by far the best one I been to. My lashes are beautiful and the prices are great. Totally recommend.
