Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJunior is more than a magicien.He has totally transformed my face . Fillers that were placed by so called ” Top Surgeons ” in all the wrong places were diluted then placed with his technique in all the right places . OMG. Pretty close to a miracle. I can finally say that he will be the only doing my touch ups from now on .Then you add that his bed side manners are impeccable. Such a caring , compassionate gentlemen that takes all the time that is needed during my visits. Thank you so much Junior. I am and will be forever grateful. Critical: CommunicationLeft a message Wednesday on the instagran, where they ask you to do, someone answer and asked if could call me, never did untill next monday. Scheduled my botox for tuesday at 7 30, called at 4 to see if i could go at 5 becsuse people cancelled. I said I was working, ahe said she had to cancell me because Jr, had personal family issues. She scheduled me for today wed at 12 30 after i clearly said tht I only had 1 HOUR lunch . When IM ALMOST there, Nat calls me and asked if i vould go 12 50, wich i said no, bc of my brake and if they were hoing yo be late to let me know i was hoing back! She said to go! Got there 12 35 and she said she was gojng to start a check out before me! The vheck out lady was still talking to one technician decidind what to do. At 12 49 she starts chcking me, and told me i had to forma still to do and the doctor was almost done still. I left bc I couldnt wait no longer. Thought it was very unprofessional!
